Four Seasons Recruitment are working with an exceptional womenswear and menswear designer, who has gained a huge celebrity following since the launch of the brand 35 years ago.
This creative designer is looking for a highly experienced and analytical Head of Product Merchandising, to lead the team and oversee the end-to-end product journey.
About the Role:
- Reporting to the Creative Director, Head of Finance, Head of Brand and Head of Ecommerce
- Oversee the build and maintenance of seasonal Option Plans
- Review seasonal product performance and sell-throughs
- Own the cost analysis process for all styles across categories
- Review and approve all costings and pricing structures
- Monitor and manage stock levels across categories
- Directly manage a team of 4, including Production, PD, Designer and Wholesale
About You:
- 6+ years experience working in a high end/luxury womenswear brand
- Exceptional Excel and data merging skills
- Strong understanding of cost structures and pricing models
- Proven experience building collections and option planning
