Jewellery Sales Consultant

We are extremely proud to be working with a modern British jewellery brand that invites clients to collect and curate their own stories through their signature lockets and charms.

As a Jewellery Sales Consultant, you will be an ambassador for the brand, delivering exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships, and helping clients discover meaningful pieces that become part of their personal stories.

The Role:

  • Delivering an elevated and personalised customer experience aligned with the brand values
  • Developing strong product knowledge and communicating the craftsmanship, stories, and sentiment behind our collections
  • Exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Building long-term relationships with clients, providing tailored styling and gifting advice
  • Maintaining the visual merchandising and cleanliness of the boutique
  • Assisting with inventory management, stock handling, and store operations
  • Ensuring accurate handling of sales transactions using our POS system

About You:

  • Prior retail experience in fine jewellery, luxury fashion, or accessories preferred
  • Passionate about storytelling
  • Personable and humble
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently
  • Availability to work three days per week, including Saturdays
