As a Silverware Specialist you will specialise in the brands’ most renowned department. To drive sales, you will excel at storytelling and building strong, client-centric relationships, ensuring every guest experience is remarkable.
You must have silverware or luxury homeware experience, whilst confidently demonstrating a genuine passion for the brand, maintaining impeccable grooming standards, and confidently executing high-value transactions.
The Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Meet and exceed CRM targets.
- Personalize outreach and fully utilize clientelling tools for CRM tasks.
- Capture detailed client data and qualitative insights.
- Know and manage your customer portfolio effectively.
- Deliver excellent customer service to drive strong business performance.
- Leverage all omnichannel services to grow sales.
- Actively participate in training and commercial activities.
- Work towards and surpass sales, KPIs, and CRM targets.
- Maintain impeccable store environment, BOH, and grooming standards.
- Support after-sales clients and ensure outstanding follow-up service.
About You:
- Commercially minded
- Driven and hungry
- Fluency in another language is advantageous (e.g. Arabic)
- Excellent verbal communication
- Immaculate presentation
- Great understanding and passion for British History
- Previous experience in luxury homeware or fine jewellery is essential
