High Jewellery Sales Advisor

We are extremely proud to be working with a high jewellery brand based in Geneva, Switzerland, known for creating luxurious, one-of-a-kind pieces, often set with rare and large diamonds or coloured gemstones.

As a High Jewellery Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while helping to grow the presence and prestige of the brand in the UK market.

The Role:

  • Presenting and showcasing high jewellery pieces with confidence, highlighting their unique features, craftsmanship and history
  • Developing and managing your Client Book through diverse CRM channels
  • Arranging and conducting private appointments with UHNW and VIP Clients, providing personalised and exclusive service
  • Driving sales, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and passion
  • Assisting with daily boutique operations
  • Maintaining impeccable personal presentation
  • Ensuring the showroom is immaculately presented, supporting the brand’s image of luxury and exclusivity

About You:

  • Experience within a fine jewellery or high jewellery brand is essential
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to exceed targets and KPIs
  • Immaculate presentation and polished demeanour
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • A confident networker with the ability to attract new clients.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • An understanding of slow sales
