 Up to £35,000 basic + Commission

We are excited to be working with a prestigious British luxury brand known for its timeless leather craftsmanship and iconic travel pieces.

As a Senior Sales Associate at their flagship store in Mayfair, you will showcase your exceptional product knowledge and professionalism while providing a highly personalized service to each client. A key focus will be on business development, where you will have the opportunity to grow your client base and develop strong client relationships, helping to elevate the brand and drive its success.

The Role:

  • Delivering a top-tier client experience and ensuring customer retention
  • Developing and managing your Client Book through diverse CRM channels
  • Arranging and conducting private appointments with UHNW and VIP Clients, providing personalised and exclusive service
  • Driving sales, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and passion
  • Assisting with daily boutique operations
  • Handling after-sales service and resolving client inquiries
  • Maintaining impeccable personal presentation
  • Proactively securing external business opportunities

About You:

  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and manage CRM
  • Strong storytelling ability
  • Proactive in networking and engaging with key partners to generate new business development
  • Experience with high-ticket items and confident in closing sales
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Relevant Backgrounds: Leather goods, luxury watches, fine jewellery, tailoring
  • Self-starter and driven

The Package:

  • Up to £35,000 basic salary per annum
  • Excellent commission structure
  • EVERY SUNDAY OFF
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
