As a Style Advisor, you will dedicate your passion and confidence to delivering a personalised and unforgettable experience for every customer. Alongside being a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for curating styles and looks that leave clients with a sense of fulfilment and confidence.
The Role:
- Providing exceptional standards of customer service, surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity
- Acting as an ambassador at all times and reflecting the brand image.
- Building a reputable client book.
- Developing detailed product knowledge.
- Dealing with and resolving customer complaints, developing solutions and demonstrating initiative.
- Playing an active role in replenishing stock according to company procedures and policies.
- Ensuring merchandise presentation reflects VM and general store standards.
- Striving to achieve KPIs to increase store performance.

- Experience within a fashion retail role
- Sales driven, exceeding personal targets

- Versatile and willing to learn
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
- Fluent English
